Recipe - Green Rice Casserole

1 bn Scallions chopped
1 Clove garlic
1 tablespoon Oil
2 One half cup Brown rice cooked
1/3 cup Fresh parsley chopped
One half cup Swiss cheese grated
2 Eggs beaten
2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dill weed
Preheat oven to 350. Chop scallions and saute with garlic in oil until
soft; crush the garlic with a fork. Combine with remaining ingredients in
a greased 2 quart casserole. (Be sure to reduce the amount of salt if you
use rice that is already salted) Bake about 45 minutes.
