Recipe - Green Pea Phyllo Purses

10 ounce Frozen green peas, (1
package)
1 cup Peeled cubed avocado
One half cup Nonfat sour cream
alternative
One fourth cup Chopped green onions
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 One half tablespoon Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Canned chopped green chiles,
drained
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Clove garlic, peeled
Cook peas according to package directions; drain.
Place peas and remaining ingredients in food processor, and process until
smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill. Yield: 2One fourth cups plus 2
tablespoons (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
Per serving: 15 Calories; 1g Fat (45% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 2g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 24mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve with nooil tortilla chips.
