1 cup Green peas
2 tablespoon Oil
One fourth cup Catsup
2 tablespoon Sherry
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Stock
1. Shell green peas.
2. Heat oil. Add peas; stirfry 1 minute. Then stir in catsup, sherry,
sugar and salt.
3. Add stock and heat quickly.
4. Add deepfried chicken pieces. Simmer, covered, to heat through; then
serve.
