Recipe - Green Onion Salad Dressing For Cajun Potato Salad

1 Egg + 1 egg yolk
1 1/8 cup Vegetable oil
One half cup Finely chopped green onions
1 One half tablespoon Creole or brown ustard
1 tablespoon White vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon White pepper
Blend the egg and egg yolk in food processor or blender until frothy, about
2 minutes. With the machine on, gradually add the oil in a thin stream.
When the mixture is thick and creamy, add the remaining ingredients and
