Recipe - Green Goulash

2 ounce FreezeDried Beef, Or
4 ounce BeefFlavored T.V.P.
Granules
8 ounce Spinach Egg Noodles
2 ounce Tomato Crystals
4 Beef Bouillon Cubes, Or
One fourth cup Beef Bouillon Granules
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Paprika
One fourth cup Dried Bell Pepper
** Package Separately **
1 Env Cream Of Onion Soup Mix
To make 2 One half cup
7 One half cup Water
1 pack Sour Cream Mix optional
1. Bring 7 cups water to a boil. Add all ingredients except soup mix and
sour cream mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Mix sould mix with One half cup cold
water. Add to pot and simmer for 510 minutes longer, or until noodles and
meat are tender. 3. If sour cream is used stir in just before serving.
Makes about 8 cups.
Variation: a. Canned roast beef may be substituted. Use one less bouillion
cube.
