Recipe - Green Garlic Chili

2 pound Beef use any desired cuts
One half cup Olive oil
3 Bulbs fresh garlic
6 Fresh green chiles
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon White pepper
1 lg Onion
3 lg Green tomatoes
Cut beef into slices or One half inch cubes. Heat oil in skillet and cook beef
until welldone and tender. Separate bulbs into cloves and peel. Place
whole cloves in skillet and cook until tender. Add green chiles and
onions. Dice green tomatoes and add to skillet. Add the remainder of the
seasonings and cook, covered to retain as much juice as possible.
