Recipe - Green Chile Quiche

16 ounce Liquid egg substitute; label
must say 0 gms. fat
4 ounce Can chopped green chilies
One half cup 1% cottage cheese
6 tablespoon Lite sour cream
1 cup Alpine Lace Free & Lean fat
free cheese; shredded
4 tablespoon Flour
One fourth cup Onion; chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In food processor or blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, lite sour
cream, and flour. Mix until there are no lumps remaining. Pour into large
bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 9" pie plate sprayed
with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes
its own crust!!
