Recipe - Green Beans With Sweet Red Pepper

One half pound Green beans, trimmed
One fourth cup Diced sweet red pepper
2 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
One half teaspoon Each sesame oil and lemon
juice
Salt and pepper
In saucepan of boiling water, cook green beans for 4 minutes or just until
tendercrisp; drain well.
Toss beans with red pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, lemon juice, and salt
and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
