Recipe - Green Beans With Garlic Sauce

1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 One half pound Fresh green beans; trimmed
and cut into 1" lengths, (

accomplish the same results
with canned Green Beans)
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoon Minced; peeled fresh ginger
The is the monthly recipe sent out by the Idaho Power Company
Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add green beans and saute until
beans are just crisp but tender, about five minutes. In a small bowl, stir
together soy sauce, minced garlic, honey and ginger. Pour over green beans
in skillet and boil until sauce thickens and coats vegetables, about two
minutes. Place in bowl and serve immediately. Makes six servings.
