Ingredients:
Green Beans In Wine Sauce recipe makes 2 Servings
4 cup Green beans, cooked
3 sl Bacon minced
1 md Onion cut or sliced up
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoon Tarragon vinegar
One half cup Sherry
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until
thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
