Recipe - Green Beans (My Adaptation Of Dry Fried Beans)

Ingredients:

Green beans
1 tablespoon Bacon fat
3 tablespoon Bacon pieces (either cut up
& cook the bacon, reserving
1 TBS of fat & the bacon or
using Hormel's bacon pieces
do not use imitatation
bacon soy product)
Chopped garlic to taste
Chopped hot peppers (to
taste)
Drained beans

parboil green beans (amount dependant on # of people). In a stir fry pan,
or fry pan, mix all, over high heat.

toss until well coated & beans are heated thoroughly

serve

this should go well with the red sauce
