Recipe - Green Bean Bravo

2 ounce Italian dry salami; cut into
strips
1 cn (16oz) green beans
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoon Salad oil
1 One half tablespoon Tarragon or cider vinegar
One half cup Sliced celery
One fourth cup Sliced radishes
2 Green onions; cut or sliced up
1 Hard boiled egg; chopped or
cut or sliced up (optional)
Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar &
salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to
serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
