Recipe - Green-Pepper Steak

1 pound Round steak; 1/4inch thick
One fourth cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Water
1 lg Green bell pepper; cut
in strips
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Hot cooked rice or noodles
Cut steak in 2inch by 1inch strips & toss with soy sauce. Brown on one
side with oil. Add green pepper & cook until meat is browned. Combine water
& cornstarch, add to meat. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened &
peppers are tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
