Recipe - Greek Vegetable Salad

One half Head romaine lettuce
2 cup Chopped tomatoes
1 Cucumber; thinly cut or sliced up
1 small Onion; cut or sliced up or chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
3 ounce Feta cheese; crumbled
4 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Water
1 Clove garlic; crushed

Here's a great salad recipe to accompany that EAster dinner. It is
excellent. It comes from a Jenny Craig Diet Easter Menu so it should be
fairly low in fat.
In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and green pepper.
Top with cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, water, garlic, and
pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
