Recipe - Greek Spinach Casserole

7 Eggs
7 tablespoon Flour
1 pound Feta cheese
2 pound Cottage cheese
12 ounce Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
3 pack (10oz) frozen chopped
spinach; drained
One fourth pound Butter; melted
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 One half teaspoon Oregano
Mix eggs and flour. Rinse Feta cheese to remove salty brine, and crumble
into egg mixture. Add all other ingredients. Pour into a buttered 9x13
casserole. Bake at 350ø for 1 hour. Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
