Recipe - Greek Olive Bread

1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 cup Bread Flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth teaspoon Yeast
One half cup Olives; Ripe, Pitted,
Kalamata, Coarsely Chopped
Carefully, placing all ingredients except olives in bread machine pan in
the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add olives at the Raisin/Nut
signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay
cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
