Recipe - Grecian Sweet Bread

Abm100:; (Abm300/350):
1 pack Yeast; (1 One half tsp)
3 cup Bread flour; (2 c)
3 tablespoon Sugar; (2 T)
1 One half teaspoon Salt; (1 tsp)
One half cup Milk; 80 deg,(1/3 c)
One fourth cup Oil; 80 deg,(3 T)
2 Egg; room temp,(1)
1 teaspoon Anise Seed; Extract,(3/4
Tsp)
Add At Beep:
One fourth cup Nuts; Chop,(3 T)

SETTING: Sweet Bread, MEDIUM 2 o'clock

This tender bread is almost as rich as a cake and keeps well. It may be
made completely in the bread machine or braided and baked in a conventional
oven.

Before the end of the secondary kneading, the electronic beeper will sound
10 times. At this signal, add the chopped almonds: One fourth cup for the ABM100,
3 tablespoons for the ABM300/350.
