Categories: None, Grecian Goddess Pork Chops
Ingredients:

4 America's Cut
(11/2inchthick boneless
center loin pork chops)
4 tablespoon Olive oil
4 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Dry rosemary; crumbled
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
One half teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
Three fourths teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
One half Thinly cut or sliced up cucumber
2 tablespoon Sliced green onion

Here are two recipes from the Pork Council:

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops in a
heavy plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate 424 hours. Prepare covered grill
with drip pan in center, banked by mediumhot coals. Remove chops from
marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops 1215 minutes, turning once, and
basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from
heat source, turning once, 1215 minutes)

Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients, refrigerate several hours
to allow flavors to blend. Spoon some sauce over grilled chops to serve and
