Recipe - Grecian Chicken

2 md Chicken breasts
1 cn (large) plain tomatoes (not
sauce; you want the chunks)
1 (up to)
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Cocoa
One half cn Black olives
Salt to taste
1 pn Cayenne

Cut the chicken into smaller sized pieces and brown (using your preferred
method). Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well, make sure to get
all the cinnamon evenly distributed. Let simmer for 10 minutes or so. Serve
over your favorite pasta (we like penne or rotini).
This is a really fast, easy and tasty meal. Steamed broccoli goes really
well on the side.
