Ingredients:
Gravlax Sauce (Cold Mustard Sauce) recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
6 tablespoon Oil
6 tablespoon Fermented cream
Dill
Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar in a bowl. Add oil a little at the time
until well blended. The sauce will thicken rapidly and must be stirred
viorously. Add fermented cream and a lot of finely chopped dill.
