Recipe - Grasshopper Parfaits

One half cup Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 pack Cream cheese softened
1 One fourth cup Sweetened condensed milk
14 ounce Can
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 tablespoon Green creme de menthe
Liqueur
2 tablespoon White creme de cacao
Liqueur
12 Cream filled chocolate
Sandwich cookies coarsely
Chopped

In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until stiff. In
large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in
sweetened condensed milk. STIR in lemon juice, and liqueurs. Fold in
whipped cream; chill 20 minutes.

Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon cookies and One fourth cup
filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours.

Variations: Coffee: substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de menthe.
Brandy Alexander: substitute 1/3 brandy for creme de menthe. Orange: Omit
creme de cacao and substitute One fourth cup orange liqueur for creme de menthe.
