Recipe - Grapenut Custard Pudding

4 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 qt Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 tablespoon Grapenut cereal; (or more if
you want)
Nutmeg
Beat eggs lightly; add sugar and salt then stir in milk. Add vanilla &
nutmeg. Grease a 2 qt baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grapenuts.
Add custard mixture. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hr and 30 minutes or until
