Recipe - Grape Pita Sandwich

2 One half cup C seedless grapes
One half cup Chopped pecans
One half cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounce Lowfat cream cheese; room
temperature
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro; or
to taste
2 tablespoon Lowfat mayonnaise
One half teaspoon Grated orange peel
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
4 small Pita bread rounds; halved
Lettuce; optional
Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and
spread mixture into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if desired. Makes 4
servings.
Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: 578 Cal., 19 g pro., 32 g fat (49.3% Cal.
from fat), 59 g carb., 4 g fiber, 59 mg chol., and 777 mg sodium.
