Recipe - Grape Nuts Bread - Machine

FOR 1 LB LOAF
2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast, Or One half Pkg
2 cup Bread Flour
One half cup GrapeNuts®
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Wonderslim, *Note
1 cup Water
This bread is terrific for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
*NOTE: Original recipe used 2 T vegetable oil.
Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose either
regular or light crust (depending on your preference) and push "Start".
This recipe is dairyfree
Will work on "rapid" or "quick bread" setting.
This bread may be prepared on the time; if you use the timer method,
though, use active dry yeast (rather than compressed) and if you have a
yeast dispenser, use it.
This is very good.
