Recipe - Grape Nut Pudding

1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Sugar
2 Egg yolks; well beaten
2 tablespoon Flour
4 tablespoon Grape nuts
1 cup Milk
2 Stiffly beaten egg whites

Add rind and sugar to butter; cream well. Add egg yolks; beat well. Add
lemon juice, flour, grape nuts, and milk. Mix well. Fold in egg whites.
Bake in a greased pan. Place pan in hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for
about one hour.
