Recipe - Grape Meatballs

1 pound Ground Beef
One fourth pound Pork Sausage
One fourth cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
One half teaspoon Garlic Powder
To Taste Ground Pepper
1 One fourth cup Half And Half
One half cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Jar; (12 Oz) Chili Sauce
1 Jar; (12 Oz) Grape Jelly
Mix first 8 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 350 F for 15 minutes.
Mix Chili sauce and grape jelly.
Before serving, mix in a crock pot and heat. Add meat balls.
