Recipe - Grape Caesar Salad

3 cup Torn Romaine lettuce
1 cup Seedless grapes
1/3 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup Garlic croutons
LIME DRESSING
2 tablespoon Lime juice
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Minced garlic
One fourth teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoon Olive oil
TOPPING
2 tablespoon Shredded Parmesan cheese
Toss lettuce, grapes, Swiss cheese and croutons in small bowl. Pour Lime
Dressing over greens mixture; toss to mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
and toss lightly. Makes 4 (1 cup each) servings.
For the Lime Dressing: Combine ingredients lime juice through the pepper.
Mix well. Beat in 2 tablespoons olive oil until well blended. Makes about
1/3 cup.
Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: 152 Cal., 5 g pro., 10.4 g fat (57% Cal.
from fat), 10.9 g carb., 10 mg chol., 0.8 g fiber and 381 mg sodium.
