Recipe - Grape-Plum Jelly

1 cup GrapeNuts® Cereal
2 cup Buttermilk, or sour milk
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 Egg whites, or 1 egg
1 cup Sugar
4 cup Wholewheat flour
4 teaspoon S, baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon On, canola oil
Mix Grape Nuts and milk; add soda; stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients
and combine thoroughly (batter will be very stiff). Place in two well
greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. When done remove from pans and
brush top of loaves with melted butter.
