Recipe - Grape-Nuts Bread

1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 tablespoon Dough enhancer ; optional
One half cup GrapeNuts¨
1 One half tablespoon Dry milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth cup Wheat flour
1 One half cup Bread flour
1 One half tablespoon Butter
9 ounce Warm water
1 One half pound loaf:

The wheat flour makes this bread slightly dense. I add 1/3 cup of raisins
for flavor and texture.
