Recipe - Grape-Nut Pudding

1 One half tablespoon Quick Cooking Tapioca
1 cup Boiling Water
One fourth cup Brown Sugar
Three fourths cup Raisins
One fourth cup GrapeNuts
One half teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a heavy saucepan, stir together tapioca, boiling water, brown sugar,
raisins and GrapeNuts. Let stand for 5 minutes. Over high heat, bring the
tapioca mixture to the boil Stir well to prevent sticking. Boil for 1
minute. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in vanilla. Serve hot
