Recipe - Granola Stuffed With Lemon Breakfast Cream

Ingredients:

1 md Fresh pear
One fourth cup Lowfat granola
One half teaspoon Peanut butter
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Brown sugar (or equivalent
sugar substitute)
1 teaspoon Raisins
2 tablespoon Lemon Breakfast Cream (see
below)

Slice top off pear. With spoon, scoop out pulp, discarding seeds. Leave a
One half inch edge around pear shell. Set aside.

In small bowl, mix pulp with granola, peanut butter, spices, raisins and
brown sugar. Fill pear with granola mixture. Place bottom side down in
small, shallow baking dish and fill with 1inch of water. Bake at 400
degrees for 10 minutes. Top with Lemon Breakfast Cream Yield:Makes 1
Serving

Per Serving: 264 Cal; 5 g Fat; 5 g Protein, 50 g Carbohydrate; 5 g Fiber;
