Recipe - Granola Cranberry Bread

1/3 cup Orange juice
1 cup Water
One fourth teaspoon Orange oil
2 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil; almond oil,
or walnut oil
1 cup Granola
2 One half cup Unbleached white flour
One half cup Oat flour; (see note)
One half cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoon Powdered buttermilk
2 tablespoon Yeast
One half cup Dried cranberries
One half cup Chopped walnuts; optional
Place all the ingredients except the cranberries and walnuts in the
machine, program for white, wheat or sweet, and press start. Add the
cranberries and walnuts when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes
of the final knead cycle.
(Measurements are for Breadman bread machines)
NOTES : This recipe calls for dried cranberries; however, you may
substitute currants or any other pieces of dried fruit such as cherries,
blueberries, apples, pears, peaches, apricots, figs or prunes.
