Recipe - Granola Bread

Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tablespoon Fatfree margarine
2 tablespoon Lowfat margarine
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth cup Egg substitute; (or one
regular egg)
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Granola
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray 8" baking pan with cooking spray. Melt
margarines in saucepan over low heat. Add brown and white sugars to melted
margarine and mix until sugars are dissolved. Stir in egg substitute and
vanilla. Mix until blended. Add flour, baking powder, and granol, and mix
until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread batter into pan and bake for
3540 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
completely and cut into squares.
