Recipe - Granola Apple Bars (Motts)

2 cup Granola with dates and
raisins
One half cup Allpurpose flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg; beaten
One half cup Sunflower nuts
One half cup Coconut
Heat oven to 350F. Grease 8 or 9inch square pan.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted center comes
out clean. Cool. Cut into bars.
Yields 20 bars.

family's diet with these wholesome bars. They're easy enough for your kids
to prepare.
