Recipe - Granola - Old Recipe

Ingredients:

5 cup Oatmeal; not instant
1 cup Cashews; (or almonds) cut or sliced up
1 cup Sesame seeds; unrefined
1 cup Shredded coconut meat
1 cup Soy flour
1 cup Powdered milk; not instant
1 cup Wheat germ
1 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Honey
1 cup Sesame oil; or vegetable oil

Combine all dry ingredients in a large Dutch oven. In a separate
utensil combine honey and oil. Combine two sets of ingredients and spread
on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly
brown. Or, to cook large amount place in 200 degree oven and cook for 1
hour, stirring about every 25 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cereal in
for another hour or two.
