Recipe - Grandmom Sonis Kamish Bread

4 lg Eggs
1 One fourth cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Water
1 ds Lemon juice
2 cup Cake meal, sifted
2 tablespoon Potato starch
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 tablespoon Sugar, additional
OVEN: 350 Greased cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients together except the 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon
sugar. Form into two loaves.
Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa and 1 tablespoon sugar together and press onto dough
mixture.
Bake loaves on cookie sheet for 1 hour. When nicely browned, remove from
oven.
Cool and cut into slices.
