Ingredients:

18 1/8 ounce Spice cake mix
1 cup Butter; softened
2 Eggs
1 cup Sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Crushed cornflakes; (see
Note)
1 cup Rolled oats
1 cup Raisins
2 tablespoon Sugar

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter,
and eggs; mix well. Add the coconut, walnuts, cornflakes, rolled oats, and
raisins; mix well. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart
onto ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a glass that is repeatedly
dipped in the sugar. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until set. Cool for 1
minute, then remove from the baking sheets and let cool completely.

NOTE: To crush cornflakes, place them in a plastic storage bag, seal, and
crush with a rolling pin.
