Recipe - Grandmas Hot Fudge Pudding

1 cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Half and half
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Packed light brown sugar
One fourth cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Three fourths cup Boiling water
Sweetened whipped cream
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Mix melted butter, vanilla and half and half. Add to flour mixture,
blending lightly; add nuts. Pour into buttered 1 One half quart baking dish.
Combine brown sugar and One fourth cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Carefully
pour boiling water over top of batter. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Serve
immediately with sweetened whipped cream.
