Recipe - Grandma Maes Pie Crust

2 cup Flour
One fourth cup Lard
One half cup Crisco
1 teaspoon Vinegar
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Cold water
Combine flour, salt, lard & Crisco. Cut or rub together until it is like
coarse cornmeal. Add vinegar to water and add to flour mixture. Add more
water, if needed. Makes one large 2crust pie.
