Recipe - Grandma Hitchcocks Mustard Sauce For Ham

2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Cream
1 Egg yolk; beaten
In small saucepan, whisk in order as listed. Cook over low heat until lightly
thickened. Serve in gravy boat with a ham dinner.
