Recipe - Grandma Clarks Corn Casserole

One half cup Margarine
14 ounce Cream corn
14 ounce Kernel corn drained OR
frozen kernel corn
1 cup Sour cream or yogurt
2 Eggs, beaten
2 One half cup Biscuit mix
One fourth cup Cornmeal
Melt marg in pan. Spread melted marg to cover pan, then pour into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and blend til just mixed. Pour into pan
and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Test as you would cake. Serve warm as a
vegetable or as potato replacement
