Recipe - Grand Marnier Morning Pie

Ingredients:

2 cup Lowfat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Orange juice
3 Eggs
2/3 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
1 tablespoon Orange peel, grated
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (or 1 tsp
orange extract)
One half cup Allfruit orange marmalade

The following recipes are reprinted from the Cinnamon Hearts Newsletter
(Apr 96).

1. In blender container, beat cottage cheese on high speed for one minute.
Add eggs, sugar, flour, orange peel, orange juice, and orange extract or
liqeuer. Blend well.

2. Pour into 9inch deepdish pie plate which has been sprayed with
vegetable coating. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the
center comes out clean.

3. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled the next morning. Garnish
with 1 tbsp of allfruit orange marmalade per serving, if desired.
