Recipe - Grams Marinated Mushrooms

1 cup Dry white wine or
Vermouth
One half cup Vegetable oil
One half cup Olive oil
3 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
3 lg Cloves garlic
2 teaspoon Dried thyme
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
2 pound Button mushrooms trimmed
And wiped cl
One fourth cup Parsley minced
Put wine, oils, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, sugar, salt and pepper in
saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes;
add mushrooms and simmer 6 more minutes; stir in parsley and cool; put into
sterilized jars, cover and refrigerate 24 hours before using; keep
refrigerated! Yield: about 1 One half quarts.
