Recipe - Graham Cracker Bread

Small Loaf
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Dark corn syrup
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract; not
imitation
1 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 pack Graham crackers(11); crushed
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
1 One half cup Milk
3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract; not
imitation
3 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 One half pack Graham crackers(18); crushed
1 One half teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
