Recipe - Gova Mallung (Cabbage With Coconut)

200 g Cabbage
50 g Onion
1 Fresh chilli
One half teaspoon Salt
25 ml Water
50 g Grated coconut
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Turmeric
juice One half lime
Wash and shred the cabbage and place in a pan. Chop onion and chilli and
add to the cabbage. salt and water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir, then add
the coconut, pepper and turmeric and cook for a further 23 minutes.
