8 ounce Nosaltadded tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Cl Garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Olive oil
2 pound Ground chicken breast,
Skinless; cooked
1 cup Onions; chopped
One half cup Bell peppers; chopped
3 cup No yolks® egg noodle
Substitute; cooked

Time: 0:10 In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce,
garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over
medium flame. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is
no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce mixture. Cook
covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to
package directions. Add cooked egg noodle subsititue to chicken mixture.
