Recipe - Gorgonzola Sauce For Gnocchi

One fourth cup Mild Gorgonzola Cheese;
crumbled
One half cup Butter
3 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 ds Pepper
One fourth cup Whipping Cream; warmed
Put gorgonzola into a bowl with the butter and a pinch of pepper and blend
until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in the parmesan and heated cream.
Keep warm.
NOTES : Serve with warm gnocchi.
