Recipe - Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

2 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Butter; melted
3 tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese;crumbled

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix 'til smooth. Add milk, stirring
until thickened. Then add cheese, stirring until melted and sauce is
smooth.
