4 cup Flour
One fourth cup Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Coriander
1 Three fourths cup Butter
Sift dry ingredients together three times, add the butter and work into a
firm dough. The hands work for this. Knead on a lightly floured board and
roll to 1/8" thick. Cut with a 3 inch cutter and bake at 325 until lightly
browned, (about 10 minutes). Dust with confectioners sugar.
