Recipe - Gooseberry Pie (Fresh Berries)

3 cup Gooseberries
1/3 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 tablespoon Flour
2/3 cup Sugar, to Three fourths cup
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix lightly through berries. Pour into 8" pie
pan. Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. If fruit is dry, sprinkle 2
tablespoons water. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45
minutes, until crust is brown, and juice begins to bubble through slit in
crust.
